Delivery and payment methods

Product prices include value added tax of 24%. We reserve the right to change prices and postal charges.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are sent via Finnish Post Office.

On domestic (Finnish) orders you can choose whether your products are delivered to a post office or to your door. Delivery to the post office is free of charge (standard delivery). Please provide your telephone number with your order so that you can receive a delivery alert by text message.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends. If the products that you order are in stock, the estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will e-mail you to notify you of the delay.

International orders:

Your order will be delivered to a post office or to your door. The shipping method and cost is based on the destination, weight and volume of the parcel and will be calculated automatically at checkout. Please make sure that your contact details are correct.

When ordering from outside Finland, please allow up to 10-14 days for delivery. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will e-mail you to notify you of the delay.

Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs.

RETURNS

For us it's important that you are happy with your purchase. You may return your purchase or exchange it to another item within 14 days from the delivery date. We require the product to be in its original condition. Products must always be returned in their original packaging.

On domestic (Finnish) orders all packages contain a pre-paid and pre-addressed Customer Return Parcel label, and returns are free of charge when this document is used for postage. When returning items, please fill out also the return form with your contact details and state the reason for the return / exchange so that we can provide you with the best possible customer service. Request a receipt from Posti for a return shipment.

We will refund the purchase price of the product you return directly to your card after receiving and processing the refund.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail once an order is successfully placed. In order for order confirmation to be sent by e-mail, you are required to provide an e-mail address when placing your order.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

The payment service between vendors and consumers is offered by Stripe in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. Stripe is an authorized international payment institution. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. Stripe Inc. will show as the recipient of the payment. Read more>>

Card payments in our online store are provided by Stripe. Stripe has the highest “PCI DSS Level 1” security certification as per the PCI DSS –security standard developed by the international card companies.

Paypal (excluding Åland)

The PayPal service allows you to pay and accept payments online without entering your payment card information in the seller's online store. PayPal protects your customer information and provides additional security for your purchase.

Once you have confirmed an order, you will be automatically transferred to the login view of the PayPal site. Payment is made through a PayPal account. If you have not a customer account on the PayPal website, you need to create an account before confirming the order. Read more>>

COMPLAINT

If the product is damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must contact hello@bloombyarmihelena.com. A notification of an incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

TRANSPORT PROBLEMS

If the parcel is damaged within delivery, the complaint must be made promptly to the post office.

PRIVACY

We respect customer privacy. All customer information is handled with confidentiality.

CHANGE

Studio Armi Helena reserves the right to change its Terms of Delivery. Studio Armi Helena is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
